Aggressive subject. Conservative facts.
This site distinguishes documented court findings from allegations and from opinion. The strongest version of it is not the one that makes the wildest accusation.
How to read a claim here
Sharp language is for opinion. The factual spine is the government's own numbers, court opinions, dismissed prosecutions, internal DOJ findings and damage judgments.
This site will not say that a named person “lied,” “fabricated evidence,” or committed “malicious prosecution” or another act of misconduct unless a reliable source or adjudication supports that exact statement. Documented cases name the actor, the court finding, and the conduct.
A lawsuit is not proof of what it alleges. When the site mentions one, it says who alleged what, and then states how the court handled it.
Publication checklist
Every factual accusation against a named person links to a primary source or reliable reporting.
Allegations are labeled as allegations, and dismissed claims are described with the reason for dismissal.
Court findings are not exaggerated beyond what the court actually held.
Opinion is clearly recognizable as opinion.
Photographs are owned, licensed, or otherwise authorized for reuse.
Pages about active judges or prosecutors get a final defamation and privacy review before publication.
